Calmer Solutions Beginners Kit

Our in house Aromatherapist has put together 5 essential oils suitable for an introduction to aromatherapy.

Lavender- fantastic in helping to heal & cool burns as well as being a very good antiseptic

Eucalyptus – useful when you have a cold, helps clear the nasal passages

Tea Tree – a brilliant antisepic, antiviral, antibacterial, expectorant, so useful in helping with coughs, cuts & cold

Peppermint – is a great analgesic , anti inflammatory, antispasmodic, so useful in helping with coughs, nausea, headaches & muscular pains.
Lemon - excelent for treating insect bites, a sharp pleasant citrus aroma

 All the oils are supplied in 10ml amber glass bottles with tamber evident cap and dropper.

All of these oils need diluting prior to being applied to the skin 2-3 drops to 5ml of carrier oil, they can be used undiluted in diffusers and baths
