Our in house Aromatherapist has put together a selections of citrus essential oils for those of you that love the fruity scents.
Lemon - A bright fresh citrus scent widely used for its antiseptic properties
Lime - A fresh sweet citrus scent widely used for skin conditions
Sweet Orange - A scent, strangely like orange peel ! widely used for depression and anxiety
Grapefruit - A refreshing citrus aroma, a very uplifting oil
Bergamot - The "Sunshine Oil", uplifting fragrance with balsamic undertones
All of these blends need diluting prior to being applied to the skin 2-3 drops to 5ml of carrier oil, they can be used undiluted in diffusers and baths
