Uses – Helps with arthritis, rheumatism, congested coughs, indigestion, nausea, stress, depression, neuralgia
Country of origin – West Indies & South America
Scent – A warm spicy scent often known a Allspice
History – Pimento water was often used as a way of taking medicines that ease dyspepsia & constipation & has also been used as a domestic spice.

Constituents – Eugenol, menthyl eugenol, cineol, phellandrene, caryophyllene
Properties – Anesthetic, analgesic, antioxidant, antiseptic, carminative, muscle relaxant, rubefacient, stimulant, tonic
Contraindications – May cause skin irration
General – widely used as a fragrance in soaps & perfumes
